ENGAGING REMOTE TEAMS AS PEOPLE WHO ARE RESILIENT, RESOURCEFUL & WHOLE


Asian Detours has launched a series of virtual team engagement programs that are designed to empower people to build relationships through HUMAN CONNECTIONS that are fundamental for both resilience in the workplace and at home. We are focusing on the key resilience pillars of Positive Relationships, Communication and Mindfulness, also touching on other wellbeing factors including; social connection and exploration of purpose & team identity.


We are very excited to be able to deliver the week-long inclusive virtual engagement program - Yay! It's Monday last week to a group of over 30 members from TomoWork SG and partners.


Special thanks Mr Richard Magnus, Chairman of Public Transport Council & Temasek Foundation Cares for the opening address and Mr. Desmond Lee, Minister for Social and Family Development & Second Minister for National Development, for showing care to all of us too by participating in the game and encouraging the team!
