Teambuilding

Through our programs participants come away with more than a classroom exercise of pretend. In addition, skills learned by the group become the genesis of a form of work-place synergy (in a common activity), which is based on something other than work. The field experience having a longer-lasting impact, we see longer termed effects of prolonged improvement in communications, team spirit and productivity.

PERCUSSION WORKS

PERCUSSION WORKS

No. of Pax: 20 - 300
Location: Indoors / Outdoors
Approach: Teamwork
Objectives: Creativity, Teamwork, Unifies the group, Creates high energy

The group gets together and learns the basic rhythm of each instrument from the instructor. After that, they will sit together and come up with creative rhythm and beats within a stipulated duration. Once they can get the percussion going as one, they will have to include solos to create a dynamic beat. In breakout groups, this can be used as a team identity/cheer.

KITE FIGHT!

KITE FIGHT!

No. of Pax: 10 per group, up to 20 teams
Location: Outdoors
Approach: Teamwork, competitive
Objectives: Teamwork, Problem solving, Unifies the group, Team identity

Participants will engage in a popular activity back in the “kampong” days. Using only the materials provided, they will have to design and build their own kite within the stipulated time. The teams will then be allowed 1 flight test, followed by a short period of time to modify their kite. The teams then battle it on in a kite fight - the kite that is able to last the longest wins!
