- First Aid and Emergency Response trained Staff on 24-hour standby in hotel and during program
- Exhaustive risk assessment, with the service of a specialist security consultancy – Aexis Security Management Pte Ltd
- Post-program administrative and security support for awardees that decide to extend stay
- Personal accident insurance for non-tour corporate team-building (i.e. training) portions of the program
